Early the next morning, the group enter the Arunachaleswara Temple in Tiruvannamalai to witness Paramahamsa’s birthstar celebration pooja.

The temples elephant that blesses people throughout the day by tapping the devotees on the head with its trunk.

The crowd of onlookers and devotees watching the pooja conducted in the temple that day specifically for Paramahamsa’s birthstar.

The group in high energy and bliss depart the temple after the pooja.

The group make their way in a procession from the temple to the sacred place at the foot of Aruachala where Paramahamsa had his first spiritual experience at the age of 12.

After taking blessings from Paramahamsa at the sacred energy center, some of the participants choose to meditate or simply enjoy the view of mighty Arunachala and the view over looking Tiruvannamalai

Before departing Tiruvannamalai, the group visits the small Devi temple located close by to Paramahamsa’s first spiritual experience place. It is said that Parvati intensely meditated on Arunachala in this temple and attained her enlightenment in this place.
