Yogacharya presented Nithya Yoga at 9 venues in Ohio reaching a variety of populations and over 100 people. She taught 5 Nithya Yoga Classes at different yoga studios, presented Nithya Yoga and Ayurveda at a bookstore, taught a 3 hour Wellness seminar on Yoga and Ayurveda, presented to a research group at the Dept of Integrative Medicine at Ohio State U, and spent 2 1/2 hours with inmates at the Ohio Women's Reformatory, teaching Nithya Yoga and answering questions.
