Nithya Yogacharyas, Ma Maneesha and Gnaneshwari Mayi arrived in Seattle on 18th January to teach Nithya Yoga classes and promote Swamiji’s upcoming Yogam tour. They reached out to some of the most influential yoga teachers and their students in this city, introducing them to the Nithya Yoga concepts, Nithya Dhyaan and the practice of Nithya Yoga. Daily Nithya Yoga classes were conducted at the Seattle Vedic Temple, talks and classes were given at two of the most recognized yoga studios in Seattle including the Yoga Barn and 8 Limbs Yoga. Also a talk was given at Travelers Book Store and in Microsoft. Following are some of the photos taken throughout the Seattle visit.
