Learning, living and experiencing the truths embodied in Patanjali’s Raja Yoga

For the first time ever a yoga training of this magnitude is being offered anywhere in the world. The whole training is part of the Life Bliss Engineering program being offered at the international headquarters of Nithyananda Mission at Bengaluru, India.

This intense, experiential program will be conducted under the direct guidance of the living enlightened master, Paramahamsa Nithyananda, whose early years were shaped by the yogic training that he received from his teacher, Yogi Yogananda Puri, an adept at yoga, in the holy town of Tiruvannamalai.

By taking this program the participants will experience the true meaning of ‘Vedic mind in a Yogic body’. The training will be complete and wholesome encompassing all the eight limbs of ashtanga yoga: yama, niyama, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhayana, samadhi. It will also include a travel study tour to places directly connected to the lineage of yoga which will give a taste of the yogic life.

The Nithya Yoga Teachers Training will comprise of two levels of learning, the Beginner’s Level and the Intermediate Level.

FAQ

  • Do I need to have prior knowledge of yoga to participate?

    Having prior knowledge will be helpful but it is not a necessity.

  • Can anyone learn Nithya Yoga?

    Yes. Anyone with a passion to know can learn Nithya Yoga. Please ensure that you get your medical fitness certificate from your doctor.

  • Will we be learning yoga for these 1500 hours?

    The 1500 hours of yoga incorporates asana, pranayama, meditation, discourses, discussions, projects, travel study and living the yogic lifestyle which is the essence of yoga.

  • Will I be certified at the end of the program?

    At the end of the training, there will be an assessment of the theoretical and practical aspects of learning and teaching of Nithya Yoga. Based on this assessment, the certification will be provided by Nithyananda Mission.
