Many of our teachers provide introductory classes exclusively for the meditation technique, Nithya Dhyaan (Life Bliss Meditation).

This is a lovely way for many to incrementally be introduced to Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s philosophy and primary meditation technique before moving into the complete Nithya Yoga practice itself.
