International Yoga Festival and Nithya Yoga Retreat – Pondicherry - 7th January 2009

The 16th International Yoga Festival was held by the beach in Pondicherry from the 4th – 7th January 2008. Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam had a presence at the festival with the Nithyananda Galleria and Nithya Yoga stall. Following up from the few days at the Yoga Festival, the Pondicherry ashram in Embalem, hosted a Nithya Yoga weekend retreat which allowed the group to experience Nithya Yoga, ayurveda, sattvic eating and joyful ashram living.
