Nithya Yogacharya, Gnaneshwari Mayi arrived in Los Angeles on 8th of January to deliver introduction talks on Nithya Yoga and to conduct classes for various groups organised by the Los Angeles Vedic Temple. Daily Nithya Yoga classes were conducted at the Vedic Temple and she had the opportunity to introduce Nithya Yoga to the group who attend the weekly Life Bliss Meditation class. She was greeted at a home in Hacienda Heights to talk to a small stress management group, she taught an early morning Nithya Yoga class at the Sindhu Center in Norwalk and delivered a talk at the Rotary Club in Irvine. Nithya Yoga and Life Bliss Meditation were also introduced by her to a group of teachers and teacher trainees from Green Tara Yoga School and a religious studies class from the Claremont College.
