Nithya Yoga Teachers Training January 2007
The first ever Nithya Yoga Teachers Training was conducted in Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s Bidadi Ashram in India, January 2007. The 10 day training was not only a teachers training, it was an entire Vedic lifestyle experience for the 30 participants coming from 10 different countries. All participants thoroughly enjoyed the Ayurvedic and sattvic food that was provided throughout, the daily oil pulling, attending guru pooja and the 2 day visit to Tiruvannamalai to celebrate Paramahamsa’s annual birth star celebration. Tiruvannamalai is the birth place of Paramahamsa Nithyananda himself and also the birth place of Nithya Yoga. Following are some pictures taken from the first memorable training.
